Registration Guidelines and Fees
To register for the INQUA 2011 congress, the congress dinner and the midcongress excursions (incl. Jungfraujoch), please use the online registration form. A separate online form is provided for pre- and postcongress excursions.

Registration and payment in full must be made in advance of the event. For the cancellation and refund policy see below.
Registration Fees
The registration fee includes:
- - Access to all congress sessions and the exhibition areas
- - Welcome reception
- - Morning and afternoon coffee breaks (6 days)
- - Lunches (6 days)
- - Congress documentation and abstracts on a USB storage device
- - Ticket for public city transport for the whole congress week (not included in day pass)

1) Payment by bank transfer must be received not later than 10 days after the respective deadlines for early or regular registration. After this time, the higher fee is due.
2) Participants in these categories must send an official proof of their student status. It can be uploaded directly or sent as PDF-document by email, by fax (Attention: INQUA Office) or by post (address see below).
A handling fee of CHF 30 will be added to bank transfer invoices instead of payments made by credit card.
The fees include VAT (where applicable).
Payment Options
Please note: The bank transfer payment option is no longer available, but you can still register and pay using a credit card.
Payment is accepted online by credit card (Visa and MasterCard) or by bank transfer only.
These options will be displayed a few pages into the online registration process. At the end of the registration process you will receive a payment confirmation (credit card option) or an invoice with the bank details (bank transfer option).
If you pay by bank transfer please ensure that any bank charges are paid by the participant (no costs to the organizers) and
indicate the participants name as reference.
Bank account details will be found on the invoice.

Confirmation
For payments made by credit card, a confirmation will be sent by email at the end of the online registration process.
For payments made by bank transfer, a confirmation will be sent by email after payment has been received.
This confirmation (PDF-format only) will act as your official participation document.
Attendance certificates will only be handed out on arrival at the congress
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation before 31 May 2011: A full refund of the registration and excursion fee will be given minus an administrative fee of CHF 100.
Cancellation between 1 June and 5 July 2011: Half of the registration and excursion fee will be refunded.
Cancellation after 5 July 2011 or no-show: No refund will be given.
Substitute delegates will be accepted.
All refunds will be made after the congress.

If any part of the congress is cancelled by the organizers, the respective fee will be fully refunded.
