Author Guidelines for Oral Presentations
Talk duration
Invited talks: 20 min
Standard talks: 15 min
(unless informed otherwise by the conveners)
The talk duration includes discussion and change over (e.g. a 15 min talk should be 12 min actual presentation plus 3 min discussion).
The authors are kindly asked to upload their presentations directly in the respective lecture room within 30 minutes preceding the start of the respective session block. A lecture room assistant will be available for any help.
To ensure a smooth change over between talks, we strongly encourage to use the provided Windows Notebook for the presentation. However, it is also possible to bring your own Notebook. In this case, the presentation must be tested within 30 minutes preceding the start of the respective session block.
