Letter of invitation for visa application

A letter of invitation is issued solely for the purpose of assisting participants with visa applications. Such a letter does not imply any financial obligation on the part of the congress organizers.

If you require a letter of invitation, please contact the congress management office (office@inqua2011.ch) giving details of your name, date of birth, institution at which you work and home address. If available, please add the abstract ID(s).

Please note, that your registration must be complete before an invitation letter can be issued; an accepted abstract does not qualify as registration.

Letter of acceptance (abstract)

If you need a letter of acceptance of your abstract in addition to the confirmation sent by email, please contact the congress management office (office@inqua2011.ch) giving details of your name, institution and the abstract ID(s).
